Job Description

Kicking World () is Hiring a Part Time Assistant for scheduling, email inbox management, light excel/database work, and event organization.

  • Work from home
  • Located in or near Austin/Cedar Park, TX
  • Must have smartphone, laptop, printer, and a fast/reliable internet connection
  • Prior experience in administrative, assistant, secretarial, office, support, etc.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Schedule new training sessions & assign to proper coach
  • Manage e-mail follow-up, templates and replies
  • Prepare pre Camp rosters & check-in sheets (Excel)
  • Prepare post Camp recap e-mails
  • Upload camp results/stats (Excel) & Facebook photos
  • Book & manage flight, hotel & car rental reservations
  • Plan & schedule camp dates/locations
  • Complete facility rentals/agreements
  • Manage e-mail follow-up, templates and replies
  • Prepare Camp rosters & check-in sheets (Excel)
  • Upload camp statistics (Excel) & Facebook photos
  • Help with snail mail & e-mail marketing campaigns

Kicking World provides the best football kicking instruction in the world. We have over 50 annual football kicking camps in 34 major cities across 24 states for all levels of kickers, punters and snappers including youth, high school, college and pro. Our coaches are located around the country and we also offer 1-on-1 lessons for all levels, starting as young as 9 years old.
