What will I be doing?

The location for this role is virtual/remote.

As the Administrative Assistant for Sales Operations, you will lead all administrative tasks in support of the Sales Operations department, which includes multiple corporate office and hotel locations, as well as numerous home office sites. If you are detail oriented, organized and enjoy multi-tasking, then this is the role for you. You will be responsible for calendar management, domestic and international travel itineraries, and meeting and event planning. You will combine technical and administrative skills to ensure all reporting, communication, projects and general flow of information and administrative tasks are executed in a professional manner.

More specifically, you will:

  • Thoughtfully route calls and emails to appropriate Team Members on behalf of the executive.
  • Prepare business letters, agendas, and presentations, typically using Microsoft Office.
  • Build partnerships with internal departments to resolve day-to-day administrative challenges.
  • Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion.
  • Handle inventory of assets and supplies for current Team Members and assist with onboarding new Team Members.
  • Assist with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment and storage.
  • Schedule and handle all meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities for the executive, and perform multifaceted general office support.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports to include submitting and reconciling expense reports.
  • Solve problems effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Three (3) years of administrative experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and programs

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience using Concur travel and expense system
