Job Description

Swish Labs, a leading blockchain development studio, is hiring a talented Sales Development Representative (remote) to join the sales team. We need someone with a strong background or interest in blockchain technology who is results-driven, has attention to detail, takes excellent notes, can create marketing material, and can handle timely follow up.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound client communications
  • Prospect and identify clients to contact via cold calling and email outreach
  • Research prospects and identify stakeholders in order to generate interest and create rapport
  • Manage expectations and overcome objections
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and activity records in our CRM
  • Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities and deals won from your meetings.
  • Create blog posts and other marketing material
  • Schedule meetings with Swish technical talent to vet and close perspectives
  • Develop skills necessary for promotion into a full, closing role

Skill Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales or professional experience
  • 4 years college degree preferred
  • A strong interest in blockchain technology
  • Entrepreneurial mindset eager to advance through clearly defined learning and earning paths.
  • Go-getter attitude that displays initiative and persistence, all with a competitive drive
  • Self disciplined, organized and ambitious.
  • Able to consistently hit daily and monthly objectives
  • Positive and energetic attitude with exceptional communication skills
  • Resilience, perseverance, and the ability to overcome objections
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, sales-team environment
