The Job: What You Will Do
You will be an extension of the Facet family and the face of the Facet experience for all prospective clients. As a Business Development Specialist, you are responsible for working with prospective clients by helping them understand who Facet is, how working with Facet can be a life-changing differentiator for their financial future and move them into the planning process with a Lead Planner. This is a different type of sales role it’s not just about communicating the value that Facet provides, but also about ensuring that a prospective client will be a good fit for the Facet family. You will be the first point of contact in conveying the planning pillars of the firm and why at Facet we are firm believers that human advisors are the key to true quality advice. You will work in an exciting and collaborative team environment with the relationship managers and lead planners.
