Job Description

The Pharma Client Services team at Doximity is hiring for a results-oriented Client Services Manager to build strong, trusted partnerships with Doximity's healthcare clients. Client Services Managers are dedicated to helping our clients achieve success defining, implementing, and realizing client needs and goals. The person in this role will be client-facing and should be comfortable owning their own accounts with a lot of autonomy. They must embrace a fast-paced, tech savvy, non-corporate environment. The person in this role must be able to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously. A detail oriented, self-motivated, “can-do” personality is essential. The person in this role will manage the full life cycle of projects for clients and provide a level of service that ensures an ongoing positive relationship.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Cultivating and managing all aspects of relationships with new and existing clients on assigned accounts
  • Understanding client business objectives and supporting them as their primary contact within Doximity
  • Responsible and accountable for the successful fulfillment and completion of all client contracts within original contract terms from program kickoff to renewal and expansion
  • Strategically partnering with sales to position for upsell and renewal opportunities
  • Producing client reports and working with sales partners to present results to clients
  • Assisting in maintaining and improving internal documents and communication processes

Skill Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in account management or pharmaceutical consulting
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory review process highly desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Client-facing experience required
  • Success working independently and being personally accountable for assigned client accounts
  • Highly organized, able to coordinate large amounts of information across multiple projects and regions
  • Enthusiasm to help grow our business
