The Pharma Client Services team at Doximity is hiring for a results-oriented Client Services Manager to build strong, trusted partnerships with Doximity's healthcare clients. Client Services Managers are dedicated to helping our clients achieve success defining, implementing, and realizing client needs and goals. The person in this role will be client-facing and should be comfortable owning their own accounts with a lot of autonomy. They must embrace a fast-paced, tech savvy, non-corporate environment. The person in this role must be able to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously. A detail oriented, self-motivated, “can-do” personality is essential. The person in this role will manage the full life cycle of projects for clients and provide a level of service that ensures an ongoing positive relationship.
