Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description

What your specific role will entail:

  • Provide proactive technical support to end users
  • Create FAQ’s and work to streamline support processes as appropriate
  • Work closely with UX and product teams, contributing end-user feedback
  • Create online tutorials for use of Holo and Holochain
  • Put process and tools in place, in order to triage customer support appropriately

Skill Requirements

  • Experience working in, ideally setting up and or leading a customer support team in a high-growth tech startup
  • Knowledge with improving and building processes for scaling and optimising a Customer Support function
  • You are data-driven and have the ability to build and analyze reports, gain customer insight and identify recurring issues and pain points
  • You are passionate about Customer Support and have excellent written and spoken English
  • You have a second line support technical capacity
  • Previous experience working with customers, exceeding their expectations, and ensuring the business you work for is exceeding SLAs
  • Excellent communication a must
