Liveops is currently recruiting for Retail Customer Service Agents that would be interested in handling incoming customer calls for their client who is a high-end fashion retailer.
The primary responsibilities of the Retail Customer Service Agent will be to assist retail customers that call to place orders, check on their order status, need to complete returns, has questions regarding the shipping process, and other services related to their order. As a Retail Customer Service Agent, you will work with the online order entry system to provide customers with accurate and relevant information while promoting a positive brand image.
