Customer Support Champion

  • Contract: Full-time

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, helpful person to assist new and existing customers to be successful with our products.

Immediate Responsibilities Include

  • Help customers with support requests
  • Document processes for customers and internal needs
  • Work with the product team to improve products
  • Demo our products to potential customers

Skill Requirements

  • Love for learning and sharing that knowledge
  • By nature, a friendly, helpful human being
  • Being able to read and understand technical documentation
  • Understands the basics of how to use web-based applications
  • Genuinely cares about the success of others
  • Flexibility to be available in the evenings for international customers
  • 2-3 weeks of business travel each year

Desired Background

  • Customer support experience
  • Training experience
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • SQL Experience (writing queries, understanding databases)
  • Has tinkered with scripting or coding
