Customer Support Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and passionate person to join our customer success team. You will have great communication skills and a strong interest in technology, startups and communication strategy – we do help customers get their messages onto screens after all!

The key elements of the role are:

  • Assist customers over email and phone
  • Respond to product queries
  • Investigate, diagnose and respond to technical issues
  • Ensure that customers are kept up to date at all times
  • Provide pre-sales support
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates
  • Log reported bugs, provide feedback to our development team, share product ideas.

Skill Requirements

We are looking for the right person over the right experience – as that can all be learned. But if you already have worked in a similar role, great! You will be closely mentored by our existing team.

We are looking for:

  • Passion in customer success, interest in helping people
  • Good time management and priority handling
  • Friendly, professional and helpful manner
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve problems and work to your own initiative
  • Ability to handle complaints in a calm manner
