Job Description

Aptly is looking for strategic, action-oriented and results-driven Sales Professional. This candidate will be a key player in the growth of our global sales efforts and responsible for driving sales. This is a terrific opportunity for someone seeking to grow within the organization and help to build a world-class sales organization from an early stage startup.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update and execute on Strategic Sales Plan
  • Identify new business opportunities through multiple tactics, including: prospecting, cold calls, social media, referrals and leveraging existing lead generation tools
  • Manage pipeline and forecast sales in SalesForce.com
  • Ability to travel as necessary
  • Stay up-to-date on necessary industry news and trends
  • Attend Regional and National Trade Shows as required
  • This is a sales position! You will be responsible for and held accountable to achieving or exceeding sales objectives as assigned by the Vice President of sales.

Skill Requirements

  • 5+ years experience, preferably in SaaS business environment. Multifamily contacts a plus
  • Highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude with good organization and time management skills
  • Must be able to show examples of success working in a remote environment
  • Strong customer relationship and collaboration experience, capable of engaging at multiple layers within an organization
  • Must be driven to be a top earner, but also understand the concept of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
