The Fulfillment Specialist is a production-driven role within OneDigital’s Client Advocate Center’s BenAdmin division, and reports to the Fulfillment Manager. This person processes requests coming from the Zenefits BenConnect platform by executing eligibility tasks and member level changes with carriers, and ensuring timely execution and compliance with company policy and applicable federal/state law. They will adhere to efficiency standards and drive results from carriers to hold them accountable for meeting established deadlines. They may also handle other ancillary requests including but not limited to address changes, ID card requests, summary of benefits requests, rate questions, etc. The Fulfillment Specialist will also troubleshoot and correct enrollment discrepancies and assist in post-open enrollment quality audits.
