High-Tech Executive Recruiting Contractor

Job Description

CyberEdge is currently recruiting experienced high-tech executive recruiting contractors based in the United States to service our 80+ clients. Responsibilities may include:

  • Contingent-based (commission only) searches for high-tech vendor marketing personnel, including:

    • CMO or VP / Director of marketing
    • Product marketing managers
    • Product managers
    • Marketing communications managers
    • Corporate communications managers
    • Channel marketing managers
    • Event marketing managers
  • Provide a variety of recruiting services on a retainer basis for 20, 30, or 40 hours per week for a minimum of three months

Skill Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of high-tech recruiting experience
  • B.S. or B.A. undergraduate degree
  • An existing network of high-tech marketing personnel
  • Ability to fully understand position requirements and candidate prerequisites
  • Willingness to screen candidates by phone prior to client submission
  • Excellent communication and client-management skills
  • Available home office space with computer, software, printer, and Internet access
