Job Description

The Market Design Specialist is responsible for the development and execution of the PRA graphic design deliverables, including print and interactive media, and the PRA corporate branding guidelines. This person is skilled in translating and executing creative ideas across multiple marketing platforms, including print, web, mobile and video. Ensures graphic design projects and budget are in alignment and all projects are delivered effectively and on time. Consult with stakeholders to identify requirements and marketing goals/objectives. Brainstorms creative ideas and concepts and recommend solutions to achieve program objectives. Ensure promotional materials support the goals of the stakeholder’s creative (marketing/strategic/expectation) plan. Provides strategic creative leadership regarding concept development, presentations and project execution. Creates and execute promotional and graphic design materials in print and/or electronic mediums required. Participates in the implementation of marketing plans as related to graphic design; proactive management of collateral, video and photo archives and any related electronic files. Monitors workflow ensuring all creative aspects of each job are handled properly. Manages the timely delivery of designs, proofs and final deliverables.

Responsibilities

In addition to Level 1 and 2:

  • Develop creative, problem-solving solutions to address internal and external challenges.
  • Conceptualize, storyboard and develop materials to promote integrated marketing campaigns. Including, but not limited to print, video and interactive media.
  • Measures and evaluates the effectiveness of protocols, programs or deliverables; compares measurement results to standards

Skill Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 – 10 years of progressive responsibility in graphic design
  • Proven problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage projects and other staff.
  • BA or BFA in graphic design or similar field.
  • Ability to work independently and research creative solutions.
  • Must possess leadership ability collaborates with appropriate parties to identify the drivers leading to business success.
