Marketing Engineer

Job Description

Redox is looking for a marketing engineer who is comfortable using data to drive marketing decisions and thrives in an environment of high autonomy. As the marketing engineer at Redox, you will be the primary stakeholder and key decision maker for our Demand Generation team, working closely with members of the marketing team and inside sales team to drive inbound lead generation, develop automated lead nurturing strategies, and optimize our website design.


  • Develop a data-driven understanding of our customers, our value propositions, and our sales pipeline
  • Set direction for how we use data to improve the customer experience
  • Implement and maintain our marketing stack, including our public website, analytics tools, marketing automation tools, customer feedback systems, and other systems creating information flowing into our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Implement a split-testing framework across all marketing activities, enabling other members of the team to run experiments
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns to drive inbound leads
  • Optimize the experience for any potential customers that come to our website

Skill Requirements

  • Experience owning and supporting a full marketing stack, including Salesforce, ideally at a successful B2B SaaS organization
  • Using a data-driven approach to optimize customer experience across a full suite of marketing assets
  • Working with a sales team to support demand generation activities
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively across teams
