Summary:

The position is responsible for supporting and assisting Director of Sales, Sales Representatives, Customers and Office Administrator Supervisor as needed and necessary.

  • Handles customer service inquiries, complaints
  • Provides administrative/secretarial support for the District Office as well as the Director of Sales
  • Facilitates in the resolution of price discrepancies
  • Prepares quotes/price proposal requests as requested in a timely manner
  • Handles all sales representative support and inquiries, to include new representative process, changes or terminations.
  • Point of contact for sales representative order processing tool, facilitates in setup, updates and resolves issues as they arise
  • Processes office expenses in a timely manner for payment
  • Assist Finance as deemed necessary with accounts receivable collections and short pay resolution

Skill Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Minimum of three (3) years administrative or customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Ability to work without supervision. Resourceful.
  • Approachable and professional.
