Job Description

The Operations Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Global Audit Team of our Complex Chart Validation (CCV) area to ensure that all processes are adhered to, high quality communication is disseminated, and documentation is maintained with high attention to quality and detail. In addition, this position will have responsibility for strategically assigning claims to the most appropriate auditor, meeting coordination, gathering & reporting of metrics. Displays professional skepticism that enhances the work performed in order to achieve success in position.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manages and performs daily production tasks with high quality and efficiency – particularly as it pertains to assignment of audits to the team
  • Manages all audit-specific manual tasks associated with the assignment / scheduling of audits
  • Performs Help File maintenance and reorganization
  • Inputs quizzes through Survey Monkey.
  • Inputs Training Evaluation through Survey Monkey
  • Creates progress reports to update management on production and manual tasks
  • Raises issues and potential solutions to management as necessary
  • Creates and maintains job aides for all tasks
  • Updates documents as needed
  • Trains additional resources in tasks
  • Completes ad hoc research and projects as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Able to learn and navigate Strategic Assignment Tool

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
  • Healthcare Systems and Operations experience preferred
  • Understanding of medical terminology
  • Must possess intermediate skills with MS Excel and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Visio, Power Point)
