Project Coordinator

Job Description

You are a self-motivated professional with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. You must be a detail-oriented problem solver, a consensus builder, and a planner extraordinaire.

As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee customer-facing professional and consulting services engagements of varying length and complexity. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and control the day-to-day execution of pre-planned projects, with guidance from the PMO Director and/or senior project managers. You will use established Infolock processes and industry best practices to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. As you gain experience, your role in the planning process will increase until you are ultimately able to build your own project plans and independently manage projects from start to finish.

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 – 5 years of professional experience (required) with at least 2 years of experience in a project coordination role (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of PMI project management practices (preferred)
  • PMI CAPM certification (nice to have but not required)
  • Background in information security or information technology (nice to have but not required)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (required)
    • Cover letter and writing sample required
