As a Special Accounts (Remote) Recruiter you are responsible for recruiting and placing candidates within specific accounts. You will be matching digital, design and marketing candidates with some of the Creative Circle’s largest, Managed Service (MSP) clients. You’ll become an expert in the `0-12 accounts you are working with, and will build relationships with the team at these clients.
As a Special Accounts (Remote) Recruiter you’ll be:
The ideal candidate will be a career Recruiter with 5+ years of staffing experience. You should be highly skilled in various Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean searches and various other job boards. You are the person on the team with the highest sense of urgency and likely hold the “quickest to submit” award in the office. You have a high attention to detail, you are a skilled sourcer and the person in the office that is always willing to take on those hard-to-fill roles. You are an independent thinker and worker.
This role will have the ability to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have a space where you can have a quiet, dedicated work station and have the ability to host Skype and/or phone interviews with candidates.
