Job Description

Xapo is looking for an experienced recruiter to bring aboard who will be designated to fill Non-IT and IT positions. Candidates must have a track record of success filling a broad range of roles. The consultant can be located in Europe.


  • Sources, recruits, screens, interviews and recommends external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs, including entry level, experienced professional/technical, IT, support staff, and possibly management
  • Places employment ads in appropriate sources, including the Internet.
  • Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process
  • Provides expert advice and guidance to hiring managers through the recruitment process.
  • Employee branding ambassador, contribute to Xapo´s culture development
  • Participate in our recruitment initiatives including assessment of best practices in a global/remote environment

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field.
  • +4 years of related professional experience with direct sourcing and full life cycle of the recruitment process in multiple business areas. Ideally with experience in financial/legal / compliance recruiting.
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with multiple job advertisement tools and HR databases
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, technical environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills: humor and helpfulness at all times.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • High fluency in English, additional languages skills is a great plus
