At APTTUS we are looking for a dynamic Sr.Professional Services Recruiter to join our Global TA team on contract. This is not a standard Recruiting job – this is a change agent role to support our growing Professional Services population. There’s lot to be done, are you up for the challenge?

Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, can be based anywhere but will look after our global employee population for the teams you support, working alongside Talent Advisors & Business Partners in our other offices.

Location: Remote – US

Primary Responsibilities Include

Manage full-cycle recruiting process for Apttus ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience while collaborating with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals Drive all recruiting programs and source top talent to build short and long-term candidate pipeline Determine and partner/execute on appropriate recruiting sources such as meet-ups, hackathons, local-recruiting marketing campaigns, employee referral programs, co-op programs, college recruiting programs, social networking and targeted websites Establish and maintain meaningful and effective relationships with hiring managers Manage the integrity of data in the ATS you/we like clean data Use competitive intelligence and industry knowledge to research and identify new recruiting channels if you like to post-n-pray this may not be for you You love to source, and won’t settle for anyone but the best candidate

Skill Requirements

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience, preferably in high growth, start-up environments
  • Experience recruiting SaaSProfessional Services roles
  • Experience as a full-cycle recruiter

Other Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Ability to identify and penetrate new recruiting channels based on research and industry knowledge
  • Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Proven leadership in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Strong team skills, ability to establish strong relationships with all levels of an organization
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional data analysis and analytical skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
