Senior Recruiter

Our internal recruiting team is scaling to support our hyper-growth! We are seeking a proven, results-driven Recruiter with a genuine passion for recruiting premium candidate and a desire to add value.

A highly personable team-player that remains cool under pressure, you will be confident in managing the full recruitment cycle and building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for a breadth of roles across multiple business units.

What You will Do:

  • Master the art of sourcing and identifying core talent against our A Player hiring criteria.
  • Partner and consult with hiring managers and preferred agencies to define and prioritise role requisition requirements.
  • Utilise a variety of channels and tools to identify and engage passive a-player talent to maintain a strong candidate pipeline for all roles across all businesses.
  • Deeply understand the Spirnklr opportunity, culture and business and be able to communicate to and inspire desired candidates.
  • Work closely with coordinators, HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Drive achievement of hiring targets, including time to fill, cost per hire, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.

Skill Requirements

Ideal Candidate will have 5+ years of experience corporate in house and/or agency recruiting experience, preferably in the enterprise software sector.

  • Strong track record recruiting for a broad spectrum of roles, managing multiple reqs for multiple hiring managers in multiple countries.
  • Impeccable attention to detail in both interviewing and documentation.
  • Candidates must have outstanding communication skills and a proven ability to build relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS systems, experience with Jobvite is a plus.
