Talent Acquisition Coordinator

  • Contract: Full-time

Job Description

  • Schedule and facilitate candidate interviews across all levels of the business
  • Process offers for new hires and liaison with HR Operations to ensure new hire tickets are sent in a timely fashion aimed at a seamless onboarding process for incoming Sprinklrites.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team globally; specifically, the Director of Recruitment, internal and external recruiters and hiring managers across all departments.
  • Facilitate recruiter requests and hiring manager needs when necessary.
  • Manage Jobvite, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS); guaranteeing job requisitions have correct information, relaying ATS updates and maintaining the relationship with the outside Jobvite team.
  • Act as global point of contact regarding our ATS and problem solve when issues arise.
  • Track global monthly referral bonuses and communicate with Payroll Operations to confirm timely pay for our referring Sprinklrites.
  • Build relationships with Office Management, Talent Acquisition Team Members, Payroll Operations, HR Operations, Hiring Managers and Executive Assistants across the company as you will rely on them for assistance as a member of the TA team.

Skill Requirements

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified

  • 1-2 years of coordination experience
  • Prior scheduling experience with Google calendars and utilization of Jobvite is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel)
  • Consummate professional in all communication via phone, face to face, email, and our internal messaging system; Slack
  • Service with a smile, to ensure an above-average candidate experience
  • Master of calendars; extremely organized with an immaculate attention to detail
  • You stay calm in chaos; adaptable to the ever-changing and growing environment at Sprinklr and want to be a part of that growth
  • Flexible to work earlier and/or later hours if needed to assist in our recruitment process globally
  • Passion for Talent Acquisition as well as candidate and new employee experience
