We’re looking for you - a curious mind who loves to partner with the business to build passive, candidate pipelines to ensure the success of the business. In this role, you will be responsible for candidate sourcing and pipeline generation for a wide-range of roles which span across the Heptio brand.
You are a master at rapport-building over the phone and leveraging talent networks. You operate with a strong focus and a deep understanding of the talent landscape and marketplace and can effectively manage large communities of candidates who align with Heptio in both short and longer-term capacities. This role will partner directly with recruiters and hiring managers to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that allows us to hire the right people at the right time for the business.
